Jr. Queen
Ella Schrupp
Hello, I am Lily Schlangen and I am the Noble Arabian Horse Association of Minnesota’s Queen this year. I have been doing royalty programs for over 8 years.
I am hoping to be on Noble’s board as well as continuing with royalty.
I am 18 and I love doing hands-on projects as well as reading and writing.
My favorite subject in school is math and ag classes. My life pretty-much revolves around horses, dance, school, and work. I’m going to/attending the College of Saint Benedict for Accounting. Right now I am in FFA, Student Council, TriM, and Speech. I’ve been in FFA for 3 years and compete in Horse Evaluation and Vet Science, I’ve been in Student Council for 4 years. I’ve been in Speech for 2 years and I do Informative. I joined TriM this year.

I have been at Reflection Farm for 12 years, I took lessons for about 8 years and worked as an apprentice for about 3. Now over the summer I help out after work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and during the school year, since I work after school, I try to get out there on weekends. I have two horses; an Arabian type pinto mare, RF Pitch Perfect, and a purebred Arabian mare, RF Amira Kamal. I’ve owned RF Pitch Perfect for 8 years and RF Amira Kamal for about 2 years.

I am also a dancer in Just For Kicks through Paynesville. I am in pom, hip hop, jazz, lyrical, kick, and am doing a solo as well. I’ve been doing that for 14 years this year.

When I’m not at school or dance I’m at work as a student custodian for my high school or at the barn on the weekends. In my little free time I am hanging out with my family or Noble.

I am looking forward to this year as Queen and seeing the rest of the season unfold. I hope everyone has a great year and loads of fun with the Noble Arabian Horse Association of Minnesota!

Hello, My name is Ella Schrupp, I'm 16 years old. I live south of Lake Koronis with my mom, dad and three older brothers.
I've been a member of the Koronis Eager Beavers 4-H club for the past 11 years. I currently show rabbits and cattle, but have participated in the horseless horse activities in the past. I am also a member of the Paynesville FFA Club and participated in the dairy judging competition.
Some awards that I have received are the Young Achiever award for 4-H in 2022. In 2023, I went to the Minnesota State Fair and showed in the dairy project. I received 9th place in the intermediate showmanship out of the whole state.
I also had the privilege to participate in the Minnesota State Horse Show and brought my 4-H project, which had to do with the care and treatment of injured horses. I placed 2nd in the horseless horse division.
I began taking riding lessons when I was seven years old and fell in love with it right away. I started taking lessons at Reflection Farm a few years ago, where I am able to work with many different horses of all breeds and ages. My favorite thing is going for trail rides. In 2024 and 2025, I was able to show in the Noble Arabian Horse Association All Breed Fun Show.
I even won the Overall Youth Championship in 2024, as well as other accomplishments!
I compete in the M.O.R.E Incentive Program through Noble and in 2024 I was awarded Youth Champion in the Open category and Reserve Champion in the Arabian category.
Some hobbies that I enjoy doing are riding horses, showing cattle and rabbits, and being in 4-H and showing at the Meeker County Fair in Litchfield.
This is my second year being involved with the royalty. This year should be fun being Jr. Queen and being more involved with Noble! In the future, I hope to continue to learn more about horses (both riding and the care and treatment of them). I love sharing everything I've learned so far with those just starting out and hope to continue to educate others as I get older.
My biggest hope is to someday own my own horse!

Hello, I am Aliza VanDuinen and I’m thirteen years old. I am from Grove City, MN.
I started working with horses three years ago. While I don’t own any of my own horses I currently work with a pony and a Clydesdale/ Quarter horse cross. I enjoy ground work, showmanship and western riding.
I am part of the Meeker County 4H and show horses and dogs. This will be my third year competing on the Meeker County Horse Bowl team as well.
In addition I took on a role this year as part of the leadership team of the horse program in 4H.
I’m looking forward to representing the Noble Arabian Horse Association of Minnesota and continue to meet others in the horse industry.
